Project North East has opened a new Customer Service Centre in Turners Building Pink Lane Newcastle. It is an overall strategy to have a street presence within the city. It is aimed at flexibility towards new, changing and demands of the business sector.

The Business Support Service and the Management Development Unit have come together at Pink Lane to offer a greater service our existing and new clients. It offers more information on Business Ideas, Business Advice, Premises, Training and Advice on funding a new business and expanding your existing business.

The Centre opening hours are: Monday + Friday 8am - 5pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 6pm. Evening appointments are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6pm - 8pm by appointment.
